A common concern for many people, especially parents with children, is how to prevent skin cancer. Prevention begins with limiting the amount of ultraviolet (UV) light that your skin is exposed to. This includes the use of UV protective clothing, sunscreen, hats and sunglasses.

UV protective clothing is made of a special fabric that is designed to block UV rays from reaching the skin. It is available in swim wear, trousers, shirts, dresses and hats. Some stores even carry accessories such as bandannas, scarves, gloves, wraps and umbrellas, all of which are capable of blocking UV rays – an excellent way to look great in the sun! Clothing and accessories come in all sizes from infant to adults.

Just like sunscreen, sun protective clothing is rated according to the amount of protection it offers. Unlike sunscreen, however, the rating includes both UVA and UVB. The rating, referred to as Ultraviolet Protection Factor or UVF, tells you how much radiation can pass through the fabric. A shirt labelled with a UVF of 40 allows 1/40th of UV radiation to pass to the skin and blocks the remaining 39/40ths. This equates to 97.5% of the sun’s harmful rays being blocked. Energy healing is an umbrella phrase modalities that have the practitioner channel healing or empowering energies to a healie. An popular example is reiki. This is done by focusing your intention on channeling healing or empowering energies for another person, because your intentions set these energies in motion. With these energies flowing they naturally find their way to where they are needed and if the practitioner is clairvoyant they can focus these energies more specifically, which enhances the treatment greatly. Usually their a hand position routine that they teach.

These energies are closely related to your emotions and thoughts. You’ve probably experienced awareness of them when walking into a room or building where certain emotions or thoughts were/are dominant. You may have even felt them from specific people. This awareness is called clairvoyance or extra sensory perception. Everyone has to some degree. When it is developed you can start to get more information from these feelings, such as where on a person’s body these energies are most concentrated.

These energies are often concentrated in and around the head, but they also concentrate in and around organs and joints they resonant with. This is a complicated concept that I will not try to explain in this article, but will comment that it is wildly accepted in many physical therapies and energy healing modalities.

The evidence of this comes from the spontaneous release of pockets of unhealthy energy during the treatment. Energy healing modalities are very good at facilitating these releases and making them more comfortable, because they work directly with the energies that these pockets are made of. For example, if your liver is holding anger energy from many years of anger, an energy healing practitioner can become aware of this or intuitively work with your liver by holding an abundance of healing energy to help dissolve the pocket and remove it entirely. Drug users are a threat not only to themselves but to their loved ones as well. It isn’t a question as to why you should put an end to your drug abuse as there are thousands of medical reasons in which if listed, could go on forever. But that isn’t the only case seeing that the usage of drugs doesn’t only affect one physically but also mentally and emotionally as well.

Research shows that when a parent falls into the depths of becoming a drug addict, they risk the chances of producing a happy family. Those who get addicted would be more interested in obtaining their substances rather than their kids homework, the plumbing and what’s for dinner tomorrow night.
