Calorie cycling diet is more of a method of weight loss than it is a diet. It is nothing like Atkins, Weight Watchers, or Jenny Craig. It is true, that some people have adapted calorie shifting diet principles and written diets based on them, but calorie shifting diet itself is merely a method.
