How are you feeling? Are you breathing? Really? I guess you wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t, but are you consistently conscious of your breath flowing in and out of you?

Sit up straight for a moment and close your eyes, actually you better keep them open so you can follow along with the words. Imagine the air around you is pure white light, just to give the air some visual appeal… imagine inhaling that white light through you nose as deep into your lungs as you can, hold it for a few seconds and let it out slowly through you mouth. Do it again if you like.

There! In that one moment you did your body more good, on the inside, than a vitamin ever could in any amount of time. Did you feel a slight tingle in your abdomen and shoulders when you did it? This exercise does not require your doctors approval before attempting it either…

If we did this whenever we could think of it; forced ourselves to do it initially, it would within a week or so become a habit! Besides being a healthy thing to do, what else would we gain? Perhaps after a year or so we would look far younger, wrinkles would magically disappear, our skin would become clear, and perhaps we would become the perfect weight for our height or quit smoking!

Pretty radical thought, huh? It’s all fun and it’s all as real as we believe it to be as well. We can think outside of the box anytime we like; hell kick the box right out the door. Don’t give in to logic, that’s much too boring. You get to make the rules in life, just do it, if you’ve a mind to! It’s amazing what a little air can do for the body ‘but only when you become aware of it…’
