It is better to keep the supplements at a minimum, and at the same time go for natural foods which are rich in protein and nutrients. It is always better to research about the history of the brand product and it’s authenticity before trying it.

Women especially should take iron and folic supplements during their fertile years. But, multivitamin supplements are to be taken only when people are facing a serious deficiency, or people of old age group or sick patients.
