It is four in the morning and you are awaken by the uncomfortable itchiness that you have throughout your body. You turn on the light and are surprised to find unexplainable welts and wheels. What could have caused these allergies? Unfortunately, you could have been attacked by bed bugs. All throughout your childhood you have heard the same phrase over and over again, “Good night, sleep tight, don’t let the bed bugs bite”. Who would have thought that bed bugs truly existed. I always saw it as something fun to say or an easy way to scare a younger brother or sister. Many confuse bed bugs for dust mites thinking that they are both the same thing. Although they are both bugs that are drawn to the bed, they are different in many ways. The bed bug is a teeny, flat creature that is almost the exact size of an apple seed. They live just about anywhere you can think of but are especially drawn to the mattress, springs and headboards of the bed. Believe it or not, they can also be found in carpets, under wall paper, behind baseboards, small cracks and crevices. Surprisingly enough, they can live months without feeding. They are brown in color until they suck the blood of its victim and turns reddish brown.
This creature attacks their victims while they are asleep. Humans are awaken by what seems likes a rash because of all the scratching. If you feel that you or your someone you love has been bitten by this creature, immediately wash the bite with warm water and white soap. The soap should be clear of fragrances. Safeguard soap and Ivory are good choices. Apply over the counter hydrosone cream to the affected and surrounding area. Try the best you can to not scratch the bite. An open sore can form and can require medical attention. Continue reading ‘Great Facts and Tips on Bed Bugs and Dust Mites’ »

In this article we will discuss a cure for allergies and 3 natural ways you can cure your allergies and start feeling better. Suffering from allergies on a daily basis is a silent epidemic among many; yet we are expected to go through our day like we feel fine. We are not sick, so we don’t get the day off, yet we feel 100% worse than a person with a cold. Allergy medication doesn’t always help and it can be dangerous to take long term, so what is the answer for people who suffer from allergies? Read the 3 natural cures below and see if you can start feeling better now without the aid of medications.
1. Neti Pot: A neti pot can be used to clear out the sinus cavities, this helps to reduce allergy symptoms as many of the causes can be directly linked to the material that gets trapped in the sinuses and causes irritation. While it may seem strange to do this technique at first, it looks worse than it is and can dramatically decrease if not eliminate allergy symptoms when done on a regular basis.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar: Drinking apple cider vinegar upon onset of allergy symptoms or as a daily regimen has allowed many people to completely stop the histamine response and prevent their allergies. You can mix 1/8 cup of apple cider vinegar with 16 oz. of water and sip it throughout the day, or drink the entire mixture all at once. Often one dose of this will stop the allergy symptoms, but others need to take it up to 3 times a day to see results. If you drink this mixture when your allergies begin, you can usually see your symptoms disappear within 1-3 a hours. It may taste disgusting at first, but you get used to it and benefits greatly outweigh the flavor! Continue reading ‘Cure For Allergies – 3 Natural Ways to Cure Your Allergies’ »

Since the last decade, a lot of attention has been paid to skin care products that help to slow the aging of your skin. The cosmetic industry has helped to spur the popularity of this product as there is much competition between various companies, and for other reasons such as new findings in regards to technology and ingredients that help to produce these products. The fact that there is such a high demand for products designed to slow the aging process are also one more reason anti-aging skin care products are so sought-after.
The very first anti aging skin care products were launched sometime during the 80s; however the ingredients were not shown on the label. Anti Aging Skin care products claimed only to firm and soften the skin and helped to eliminate very fine lines, among other things.
Today, the average consumer has at their disposal information about what is contained in what anti aging skin care products. Combined, courtesy of the press and new findings, products made by skin care companies-several creams and lotions, became available for sale. Allergies affect the health and well-being of millions of people worldwide on a daily basis. While allergy symptoms are generally worse during the fall and spring seasons, people with severe allergies may suffer year around.
We will discuss 10 primary causes of allergies in the home and methods you can use right now to control them or even eliminate them. Your indoor home environment is the one place you have control over and with the proper knowledge, a home can be your haven.
1. Animal dander. Many people have at least one family pet of some sort. However, dogs or cats can create havoc for allergy sufferers. Dogs and cats can shed skin flakes just like humans but their skin flakes actually have an oily component to it thus making it dander. In most cases, a person with a dander allergy is sensitive to the protein of the dander and can have upper respiratory symptoms when they breathe it in or even skin rashes when exposed to it.
2. Bacteria. Bacteria is everywhere in the indoor and outdoor environment but it is bacteria particles indoors which can causes a host of upper respiratory symptoms in a person with chronic allergies. The primary breeding ground for bacteria particles is a vacuum cleaner bag. Thousands of new bacteria particles can grow everyday in a vacuum cleaner bag. A standard vacuum with a low efficient paper bag will actually circulate these new bacteria particles into the air each time the vacuum is used. The season of itchy, watery eyes, stuffy nose and sneezing is here. These are just some of the symptoms that more than 35 million Americans face each year from allergies. Although allergy medications are helpful, conventional drugs and treatment don’t bring the relief they desperately seek.
What Can Start an Allergy?
According to the experts, the majority of respiratory problems come from inhaling such allergens as trees or grass pollen and mold spores. Exposure to dust, pet dander and other indoor pollutants can worsen the severity of both spring and summer allergies, and can trigger or worsen asthma and other respiratory illnesses. Antibiotic-Resistant Disease Killing Humans and Swine
The antibiotic-resistant bacteria Extended
Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) is killing both
people and swine in Denmark.
The bacteria has been implicated in the deaths
of a number of cancer and liver disease
patients. The number of infected patients
jumped 50 percent last year.
Health officials said the bacteria is being
transmitted to humans through pigs. The
increased use of antibiotics in agriculture may
be behind the spread of the resistant strain.
What are ESBLs?
Extended-Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) are
actually enzymes produced by certain types of
bacteria, which renders the bacteria resistant
to the antibiotics commonly used to treat them.
ESBLs were first discovered in the mid-1980s. At
the time they were mostly found in the
Klebsiella species of bacteria, in hospital
intensive care units. Until recently, few people
were affected by these mutated bacteria and it
didn’t appear to be a major growing concern. Continue reading ‘Antibiotic-Resistant Disease Killing Humans and Swine’ »

People saved from the brink of death by the one-minute cure…
Sir / Madam
I want to tell you something *startling* that you
may not know about.
Dr. Lance Moriarty, the Director of a medical
clinic in Nairobi, Kenya (where 1 out of every 8
people is infected with AIDS or HIV), reported
that “Some patients have literally been dragged
back from the brink of death” from the use of the
natural oxygenating substance revealed in “The
One-Minute Cure.”
The one-minute cure was given to 50 patients who
came to the clinic suffering from AIDS or the HIV
virus. Thirty of them went into immediate
remission and the rest reported an increase in
energy and a sense of well-being.
This success rate is *unheard of* in the
medical and pharmaceutical world where AIDS is
still considered incurable! Dr. Moriarty went on
to say that whenever the one-minute cure is
administered into the community, “People come back
to life. It blows my mind!” Continue reading ‘People saved from the brink of death by the one-minute cure’ »
