Almost all of the human body parts will fail to function overtime and the brain is not an exemption to that. Dementia is among the common mental conditions that might experience as the person grows old. This brain disorder has many forms and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is one of them. Often, AD starts in the 40s or 50s. Aside from age, family history as well and too much protein in the brain are considered as another risk factors for the development of the said mental disorder.
An individual who is positive for Alzheimer’s disease can be easily identified even with using medical instruments. And that is through the person’s behavior. When you notice someone is starting to forget recent events or conversations, finding it difficult to do more than two tasks at a time, having difficulties in solving problems, or taking too much time to finish complex daily activities; then these are signs that the person’s brain is starting to degenerate. It’s not easy watching a loved one slowly deteriorate, especially when there is nothing you can do to help. And that’s what it’s like if someone you care about has Alzheimer’s Disease. Also known as senile dementia, Alzheimer’s is incurable and terminal, although it is possible to obtain drugs to help treat the symptoms of the disease from online Canadian pharmacies. These online pharmacies permit the sale of RX drugs and over the counter medicines for a wide range of illnesses and diseases at lower cost than buying from high street pharmacies. Alzheimer’s Disease generally affects older generations over 65 but can affect younger people. When it occurs in those under 65 it is known as early onset dementia. Throughout the world, there are 5.3 million people suffering from Alzheimer’s, and it is the 7th leading reason for death in the world. There are many symptoms of the disease loss of memory, confusion, anger and slowly losing the ability to speak properly. Eventually the patient loses control of the bodily functions, and the disease ultimately leads to death. Through online Canadian pharmacies, there are certain drugs available to help with the condition. Note however that no drugs cure the disease, only to help treat the symptoms. Aricept is a medication which helps to improve the functions of the brain, such as memory and language ability.
