A lot of people these days deal with sleeping disorders and are annoyed when they just lie in bed and keep turning without being able to get proper levels of sleep. You shouldn’t underestimate the effects of not getting enough sleep and especially in the long run it can be really harmful for your health. The area of health where not getting any sleep affects you the most is your immune system.

When you don’t get enough sleep your immune system grows weaker and weaker and you are a lot more prone to various diseases. Furthermore your logical brain has a really tough time working properly and after a couple of days of sleep deprivation you will seem really drowsy and have a hard time expressing yourself properly.
