Bulky hair from unruly curls or overly thick hair is not an attractive look! Natural hair relaxers can be used to reduce bulk and permanently soften hair, and Freshlookhair.com offers BodipHier, a non-damaging, natural hair relaxer that makes hair manageable, healthy, and shiny.
Using the right hair relaxer can tame frizzy hair and define curls, and this reduces the bulk of puffy, overly thick hair. Especially during the summer months, humidity can allow hair to get unruly and wiry, and look out of control. Hair actually absorbs moisture in the atmosphere, and it literally expands the strands of hair! The hair becomes misshapen because of the expansion, and that is what causes frizz. Hair relaxers that do not use harsh chemicals are effective in controlling unmanageable hair, as well as the use of styling products and vitamins.

At some point or the other we have all stared at a comb in horror when it has extracted a generous amount of hair from our head. For those with long hair, the problem is often worse because longer hair tends to break easily if it is malnourished. It must be remembered that hair loss is inevitable and can only be retarded by medication. Thus one must take steps to stop this problem from spinning out of control as soon as one detects it. However, it is not very difficult to reduce the rate of hair loss. And even if one has lost a substantial amount of hair, these days it is possible to conceal one’s balding patches and create the illusion of thicker hair.
Causes of hair loss
There are two aspects of hair loss: hair fall and hair thinning. Both hair fall and hair thinning are caused by DTH, low blood circulation to scalp and blocking of hair follicles. DTH is the acronym for dihydrotestosterone. When this hormone accumulates at the base of the follicles, it retards hair growth and leads to thinner hair by blocking off oxygen and nutrient supply to the hair. If the blood circulation to the scalp is not adequate, the hair does not get enough oxygen and nutrients. The result is hair loss. Moreover, if hair not cleaned properly, the follicles tend to get obstructed with sebum and dirt. This also affects hair growth. Continue reading ‘What Can Be Done To Reduce Hair Loss’ »
