Home remedies for curing acne are FAR SUPERIOR to medications-not to mention cheaper and healthier.
Medications have proven time and again to cause very negative side effects from extended use. They actually work against your body instead of for it.
You’ve been lied to

Unfortunately society has programmed it in us to believe that pimples just happen to us and are completely out of our control. Continue reading ‘Home Remedies For Curing Acne? Here Are the 2 Best’ »

This article will show the experience of my friend fighting the candida and what she has done. Last spring/summer she was doing the Atkins diet with little or no success. She followed a yeast-fighting diet for about two months and she felt healthier than she did for a long time. However, too many social obligations and temptations won out over feeling healthy and she is feeling miserable again.
She has been dealing with a lot of stress due to marital separation and her mother-in-law’s recent diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. This stress seems to have caused all her worst symptoms to flare up–irritable bowel, acid reflux, arthritis-like pain in my joints (especially her knees), muscle soreness, fatigue, poor sleep patterns, fuzzy thinking, and an insatiable craving for food, esp. sweets. So she did a search. Continue reading ‘Yeast Infections Experience – Home Remedies Treatment’ »

You can help cure sweaty armpits by keeping away from foods that have strong aromas. Culprits are fish, garlic, onions and spices. Because these foods have their own pungent smells, they can cause armpit sweat to whiff even more.
If you’ve had no luck with regular deodorants, ask your pharmacist for an antiperspirant that contains an active ingredient that can minimize sweating. Or you could consult your doctor who might prescribe a stronger deodorant or medication. If your problem is really severe, you may need surgery.
You may want to try some natural remedies. It is said that malt vinegar is very useful to decrease armpit sweating. Apply a small amount on each armpit at night before going to bed. Wash it off thoroughly in the morning and then use your antiperspirant or deodorant. Shave your armpits because hair holds onto sweat which enables bacteria to breed.
Apparently aluminum chloride also works well. You can obtain this from your pharmacy. Before going to bed, wash your armpits well and dry them thoroughly. They must be completely dry, so use a hair dryer if necessary. When applied to damp or wet skin, the solution can aggravate the skin. Spring is in the air, and a lot of gardening and yard work are gearing up. Most of the work that needs done is pretty physical and can cause pain and injuries. This is even more true if there are underlying medical conditions. If you don’t know you have the problem, it can come as something of a surprise. What to do? Time for a checkup. Here is what you should do before, during and after your visit.
* Make a list of symptoms: These can be minor things such as muscle pain after activities or major things such as chest pain or pressure. Think about them, write them down and bring them with you. These can provide important clues.
* Make a list of supplements and medications: Your doctor needs to know everything you take, whether it’s an herbal preparation, over the counter or prescription medications. There are times when these products can have interactions or side effects that are harmful to you.
* List major physical activities: The doctor doesn’t need to know everything you do during the day, but if you play sports, exercise regularly or do a lot of garden or yard work, the doctor should be told. Some activities may have to be moderated, depending on the results of your checkup.
* Write down your questions: It’s hard to remember everything when you go to see your doctor. Writing it down helps. Don’t bring a three page list, keep them to the most important two or three questions you have. If the questions are all on the same topic, you can add a few more to the list.
* Doctor speak: Sometimes your doctor may use a term you are unfamiliar with. It does neither of you good if you can’t understand what’s being said, so don’t be shy about asking for it to be explained.
* Follow instructions: One of the most frustrating things for doctors has to be the patients that don’t do what is recommended. If blood tests are ordered, please do it. If something’s been bandaged, follow instructions about leaving it on or changing it. It’s not always easy, but there is usually a very good reason for these instructions. How can sleep deprivation affect weight loss? Surely the reverse is true! If we’re tossing and turning all night, aren’t we burning a few more kilojoules?
A big symptom of depression in many people is the inability to get proper rest. This lack of sleep only compounds the other symptoms and makes you feel completely “wiped out” from top to bottom.
However, exercise doesn’t have to be this way. It doesn’t need to be strenuous, and it certainly doesn’t need to be scary to the point where no one wants to do it. Continue reading ‘Balancing Sleeping and Excercising’ »
