Shopping at a “brick and mortar” store has its advantages, such as the products being right there in front of you. However, the internet provides much more than that. Browsing vitamins and supplements online provides additional information about the products, as well as great prices and a larger inventory than many walk-in stores. Shopping online offers convenience, privacy, and a broader selection of products with savings rarely found at your local store. Through the internet, you can find suppliers for items you use every day and even unique items that you may be interested in trying. Another benefit of shopping online is the ability to obtain information on a variety of similar supplements that may be closely akin to the product you already use.

In recent years, the sale of health supplements has increased as more people have become aware of the health benefits they provide. A growing percentage of supplement sales are occurring online. Internet shoppers are rewarded for their patronage by the numerous health supplement discounts and loyalty programs that are relatively easy for buyers to find. What is vitamin D? It is fat-soluble (it is stored in fatty tissues and stays in your body longer) vitamin that we need to keep normal levels of calcium and phosphorus in our blood. The main thing we know about vitamin D is that it helps to keep our bones strong. A recent study showed that getting enough vitamin D may prevent diabetes. Further studies have shown that most Americans don’t get enough vitamin D.

How can we make sure we get enough vitamin D? The sun is a good source of vitamin D. When you are out in the sun, your body naturally produces vitamin D. While you are out in the sun, make sure you use a good sunscreen to prevent burns. Get as much exposure to the sun as you possibly can. Why? Our bodies naturally produce vitamin D when we are exposed to the sun. If you have limited exposure with the sun, whether it is because you work indoors or live somewhere that does not get a lot of sun, you should make sure to eat foods that are good sources of vitamin D. It is also in many of our foods. Some of our foods milk, yogurt, breakfast cereal, and breads are fortified with vitamin D. It also occurs naturally in salmon, tuna, and eggs. It is recommended that you should get at least 1,000 IUs of vitamin D daily in addition to getting exposure to the sun. Your body will not over produce vitamin D. In the last century, we have certainly been witness to huge medical discoveries – most of which, of course, have benefitted us greatly.  However, there is no denying the importance of natural healing – which has certainly been in existence far longer than the “western medicine” we have come to rely on.

Interestingly, while we are, without a doubt, the generation who has benefitted the most from conventional medical research, we are also the ones who are seeking out the more ancient all natural healing treatments, progressively distancing ourselves from ingesting toxic medication and submitting our bodies to unnecessary trauma. Weight is almost a constant obsession with Americans. We fear the scale, and judgmental stares. We secretly believe that being overweight or obese is because of our lack of self control. Sometimes we become angry at ourselves or depressed because of our weight. Body dysmorphic disorder is a condition that is common in the United States. This is manifested by a person’s fixation on their physical appearance and small or nonexistent flaws. This is considered a psychiatric disorder that is growing in prevalence. Surveys show that more than 85 percent of Americans believe that they should lose weight.

However, sometimes we reach a point where we have little control over our weight. Of course we need to be healthy. We should work to avoid obesity or get ourselves safely out of it, because it is a serious danger to health. But other than that: exercise regularly, eat nutritiously and balanced meals, take a good multivitamin, and give yourself a break. There are many factors about our weight such as genetics and environment that we cannot control. Many people will never have the body of a model no matter how hard they work for it and that is all right. Most models are airbrushed and starving. Though mesothelioma is not a cancer that is related to poor nutrition, improving nutritional intake can help mesothelioma cancer patients fight the progressive disease.

Consumption of a healthy diet is crucial to the healing process. Vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids (fats) and proteins all play major roles in a healthy human body. These groups of foods are known to prevent the accumulation of certain chemicals called free radicals in the body which are believed to be responsible for the development of diseases like cancer in the body.

Antibiotic-Resistant Disease Killing Humans and Swine

The antibiotic-resistant bacteria Extended
Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) is killing both
people and swine in Denmark.

The bacteria has been implicated in the deaths
of a number of cancer and liver disease
patients. The number of infected patients
jumped 50 percent last year.

Health officials said the bacteria is being
transmitted to humans through pigs. The
increased use of antibiotics in agriculture may
be behind the spread of the resistant strain.

What are ESBLs?

Extended-Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) are
actually enzymes produced by certain types of
bacteria, which renders the bacteria resistant
to the antibiotics commonly used to treat them.

ESBLs were first discovered in the mid-1980s. At
the time they were mostly found in the
Klebsiella species of bacteria, in hospital
intensive care units. Until recently, few people
were affected by these mutated bacteria and it
didn’t appear to be a major growing concern. Continue reading ‘Antibiotic-Resistant Disease Killing Humans and Swine’ »

Before I get into the four components allow me to first share with you that these technologies are manufactured by an American public company that adheres to all good manufacturing practices and hold the patents to their technology making it only available directly from the company that deliver it to their home across the globe. It is the only company that by law may say that their products are Real Food Technology and this is validated in science with the NSF (National Science Foundation) approval.

There are mainly four components that will enhance your overall health and wellness and they are Communication, Nourishment, Regulation of the endocrine system or balance and Antioxidant protection. You will discover as you read this article why readily available supplementation have little or no benefit to you.

1. Communication

1.1 Advanced Ambrotose

If your body cannot communicate about what to do with the nutrients that come into it, you will have minimal benefit from it in the sense that your body might just not recognize it to be useful to your body and then pass right through your body without absorbing it or the nutrients might not be going to the areas that it need to go to for your benefit. PhytoMatrix is a product from an American public company and is a patented technology not obtainable in a pharmacy or health shop.

To call it a vitamin is a grave understatement because it is very different to the vitamins that you find in any health shop or pharmacy.

As the term Phyto implies, this technology is plant based, science suggest that our body is designed to absorb plant based materials and not rocks because of the molecular structure.

Many multi vitamins and supplements that is supposed to provide more calcium, iron and various other minerals are mostly derived from rock that has been made into extremely fine particles and then placed in various different products for us to consume as vitamins and minerals.

I do not know about you but have you noticed that when you pass water it is a yellow color at times. It is because your body could not absorb certain substances and it just past through your system and down the drain.
